Blueberries:

Blueberries, purple grapes, and other fresh or frozen fruits contain antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. Blueberries are exceptionally beneficial for good health. Berries which have been cooked must be eaten right away or they lose their potency.

Oranges and Tangerines:

"Flavonoids in tangerine and orange juices have been found to inhibit cancer cell proliferation in human prostate, lung, melanoma, and colon cancer cell lines... Overall, the most active of the 22 flavonoids studied was tangeretin from tangerine juice, said Dr. Najla Guthrie, biochemist andpresident of KGK Synergize, Inc., a medical research and development firm in London, Ontario, Canada." (Karla Harby, Reuters Health, 4 Apr 2000)
